The Museum Store was opened in 1992 as part of the overall plan. It is housed in one of the renovated chicken houses located just north of the main farmhouse. The store sells items made or donated by Islanders or others who are members of the Society. Profits from sales benefit invdividuals as well as the Society, and are used to expand the merchandise in the store, all of which is representative of past and present life on Anderson Island. The store is open on a regular schedule during summer months (normally weekends 10 to 4), and at announced times in the winter Site Map: | Home Page | History/Tour | Officers | Events | Newsletter | | Membership | Volunteer | Store | Map & Links | E-Mail | These pages © AIHS 1998, revised 2003.
